We immediately require suitable candidates to fill the following
position:

OFFICE MANAGER (OM) – BATAM (To be located in BATAM)

Requirements:
1. Min. S1 General
2. Min. 3 years experience in HR and GA function, have an experience in
Manufacturing
3. Having experience in Oil & Gas (fabricator) business will be an
advantage
4. Office Operational, HR Management, Industrial Relation
5. Understanding on ISO 9001:2000 is an advantage
6. Creative, innovative, attention to detail and quality, be persistent
and system oriented
7. Have an excellent Communication Skill to all level
8. Good Computer literate
9. Able to work independently, loyal, excellent leadership & managerial
skill

10. Fluent in English both spoken and written
11. Willing to be located in Batam
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring daily office operational activities.
2. Manage HR, GA and IT function.
3. Supervise & controlling budget as per BOD approval.
